As we wrap up the year and look ahead to the coming season, I’m grateful to have you as part of our beekeeping community. Your interest and support help keep local beekeeping education growing and thriving.

I also want to remind you about our Free Introduction to Beekeeping Seminar coming up on January 10th. This session is perfect for anyone curious about beekeeping, thinking about starting their first hive, or simply wanting to learn more about honey bees and their importance.

If you have family members, friends, or neighbors who might be interested, please feel free to share this information and encourage them to register. Beginners are especially welcome, and no prior experience is required.

Beltsville Lab: If your bees die, God Forbid!, please send a sample to the Beltsville Lab in Maryland. The analysis is free and they will email you the results. They check for Nosema and Mites.
